spirit placing education in food choices as a very important role in our health and well being. She is now working as an
integrated health care professional, counseling and consulting in alternative therapies for diseases such as cancer,
colitis, asthma, obesity, elevated cholesterol and blood pressure, stress, and the list goes on. In the clinic she is
helping people through food choices, color therapy, and affirmations.
Kathryn is the author of a newly published book ‘The Color Of Nutrition’. This book teaches others to become proactive in their
own health and is asking other health care professionals to step up to the plate and realize that we are losing the battle
with the treatment for chronic illness. It simply is not working. Professionals and patients need to become enabled to
make educated choices and find
ways that do work. Just knowing that there is choice is the first step. Kathryn has also authored articles
in various health magazines and newsletters, some of which pertain to relationships and global awareness.
Kathryn does workshops on color therapy. They detail how the colors of our chakra create balance. When the
chakra is not balanced it can become balanced through color in our environment or through the color of our food. Each chakra
correlates with particular parts of our bodies, and the food choices are shown that can create health for those areas that are lacking
in health.
In the next book, the metaphysical journey of the author towards finding inner peace after
the death of her father is portrayed. On this journey, the lessons are very harsh at times and very scary. The fear is
not of this world and the author is taken through what she calls science fiction. She has been a medium her whole life but
never really thought much about that gift it until the death of her husband’s boss. Ironically for much of her life she feared
death.
The second part of the book will give people answers on how they can achieve inner peace.
